With the best amenities around, the Ocean Walk complex features 2 clubhouses each with a fitness facility, heated pools, spas, and BBQ areas, other amenities include a sauna, tennis ball courts with lighting, 2 shuffleboard courts, a basketball court with lighting, a Bocce ball court, a small theater, and a nature trail that stretches along the estuary on the backside of the property. The theater room is located upstairs in Rec. BLDG II. and may be reserved in 2 HR increments on the even hour. It features a large screen and stadium seating for up to 10 guests.
