The private balcony gives the perfect view for watching the dolphins or the world-famous sunset, close enough to hear the waves. Water front property located minutes from the main beach access on Treasure Island. You can seat on the balcony and enjoy watching the dolphins. The bedroom is equipped with queen size bed. Washer and dryer is in the unit and we provide the washing detergents. The bathroom includes 2 bath robes, hotel style slippers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion as well as makeup remover tissues and kleenex. The kitchen comes with coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and 4 bottles of water. Also, all cleaning supplies for the dishes and dishwasher. The closet is equipped with beach towels, chairs and umbrella. We also offer a very private water front salt water swimming pool and jacuzzi. You can prepare your own meal using the BBQ located by the pool or walk to many restaurants located minutes away including the John's Pass. Private dock where uou can enjoy fishing, salt water swimming pool and hot tub, outside shaded area, BBQ, Bicycles. I enjoy socializing with my guest and provide information by phone, text or emails. It is a beach neighborhood, you simply put your bikini and walk to the beach. You can walk everywhere you need to. Groserry store, Publix, is 2 blocks away. All restaurants are minutes away. You can take the Tampa Ferry on Friday, Saturday and Sunday or use the bicycles. There is also a bus stop near the studio and the bus with take you to Clearwater Beach or St. Petersburg. You can rent a boat, a paddle board or a kayak from the place across the street. It is a very private location but closely located to the beach and restaurants. Tampa Ferry will take you to other nice places in the area and the stop is 2 minutes walking distance from the studio. Also, boat rental place is only minutes away. We also offer bicycles.
