The gourmet kitchen with its large central island and bar has been equipped with everything an ambitious chef would want to prepare that very special meal. The lagoon style pool at AVALYNN HOUSE is quite special, with two waterfalls in a lovely private setting. The entire area has been lushly landscaped, providing you with the privacy you would want. And if you need to feel some sand between you toes, the beach at Fort Zachary Taylor Park is just a short walk away. Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
