Front Beach Road Cottage is a family-friendly two bedroom home located on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. The home is located across the street from the emerald waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico with easy access to the beach. It features tasteful seaside decor, new furniture, new kitchen appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer. Relax on the large enclosed porch or enjoy the spacious back yard on those sunny summer days. There is also a picnic table in front of the home for enjoying a meal outside. Each bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen television. The bathroom has a large shower, perfect for washing off after a day in the sun! The private driveway has room for up to four vehicles. There are many fun options within walking distance of the home including, restaurants, bars, scooter rentals, and much more! Payment / Cancellation Policy: Security deposit is due at the time of booking, remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, a $250 cancellation fee will apply. Any cancellations within 30 days all payments are forfeited. Security deposit refund is issued to card on file used for the security deposit payment and is refunding within 10-14 days of departure if there are no damages to the property.
