The property is in a historic area, 1 block from Main St. and about 6 blocks from the center of town (Marketplatz). The house is located on 2/3 of an acre in town. The neighborhood is part residential and part B&Bs with primarily historic Fredericksburg style architecture. You will need a car to get to Fredericksburg (1 hour from San Antonio and 1.5 hours from Austin). You can call Uber, a taxi or use one of the Wine Tours (highly recommend if you are doing a full day of wineries!). Hot tub Heating is Included in room rate. Pool Heating to @ 86-88° is optional, but is $75/night (March-Nov) Or $100/night (Dec-Feb) x # of reserved nights. Partial heating is not allowed since we start heating pool days in advance of stay. CITY QUIET HOURS are 9pm-7 am (and neighbors will REPORT YOU). The City is cracking down on all noise violations so POOL and HOT TUB USE ENDS at 9pm and we ask that you bring the guests INSIDE the house at 10pm.
