The main floor has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths (shower/tub combo in master bath). A bunk room with full bath, with its own entrance, is located on ground floor. It has a twin over full bunk bed plus a full futon. As you enter Lazy Daze, you'll see the front half of the house is the kitchen, dining and living areas with the back half of the house being bedrooms and bathrooms. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has easy access to the large deck. Two inside dining tables that seat 10 plus lots of seating on the outside decks. The living area boasts a large screen Smart TV and several couches and easy chairs for a relaxing visit with family and friends. The chef's kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances! We have stocked the kitchen with all the comforts of home: blender, toaster, coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes & glassware, utensils, and even a crock pot and rice cooker. Please do NOT park on the grass or the vacant property next door. Ask about our golf cart that is available for rent. The golf cart is only available to someone renting one of our Jamaica Beach houses, Lazy Daze or Bayside Breeze, and is first come first serve to our renters, so book it early to secure its use for your stay. NOTE: Upon booking this property, you will be required to sign a House Agreement, provide a guest list of everyone's names and ages within 48 hours of booking. You will also be required to pay a security deposit of $500 three days prior to arrival. We can help you purchase travel insurance including cancel for any reason insurance. See below. HOUSE AGREEMENT: We have a house agreement that you are required to sign. After you book, you will immediately be sent a link to sign the agreement.
