Once the condo rental is paid in full you will receive an invite to download the app with all of the relevant information you will need during your stay.The information within the APP will include your secure door code, any door code needed for resort access during your stay, wi-fi access information and any other information about the condo for reference during your stay. The Town of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove and Alys Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, resort style pools, fitness Center and private shuttle service to the beaches of 30A. The location of Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys & Rosemary on the east. Take a leisurely stroll or ride your bike down the the scenic 30A streets - it’s the 30A way! We recommend renting bikes through Salt Air 30A, conveniently located in the Hub Neighborhood shopping area. Mention you’re renting through Panhandle Getaways to receive 10% off your rental! If you have a bigger family and want some wheels, give a shout to our friends at Sowal Beach Buggys for convenient golf cart rentals! There are many nearby public beach access points surrounding Prominence on 30A. If you’re on foot, the nearest is Gulf Lakes Beach Access #7, half of a mile east of Prominence. Keep your eyes peeled as it can easily be missed. There is no parking at this access point. Less than a mile west of Prominence is Deer Lake State Park Beach Entrance. At Deer Lake, there is a small parking area at the beach access point (Approx. $3 for parking) equipped with porter potties. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a little lengthy but not too bad especially given the scenery; keep in mind that it is not lit up at night, so bring a flashlight if you plan to stay past sunset. Walton Dunes is another nearby beach access point with a shorter walk from the parking area to the beach which is easier if you’re with small children. The free Prominence Beach Tram runs to and from Santa Clara Beach, which is about 3.5 miles west of Prominence. It runs from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend between the hours of 9AM-4PM. The beach access point at Santa Clara offers parking, public restrooms and showers, and is watched over by Lifeguards during peak season. Please Note: 2 car limit for parking and the community does not permit parking on the street. Guests of this vacation condo rental will find all information about their unit within the Panhandle Getaways APP. Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee and the license fee. These fees are non-negotiable. We welcome you to join us at the onsite Panhandle Getaways office on Friday evenings for our weekly "Meet n Greet" from 4pm-6pm. There will be wine, beer, juice and water as well as hors d'oeuvres. This is a great time to mingle and get any information about the area that you may be wondering about. Generally, the HUB has a free movie playing on the lawn or live band starting immediately after our Meet n Greet making your evening out just a hop, skip, n’ jump away! :)
