Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages 80 privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tube while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. Come and enjoy. This second-floor Studio condominium in the main Lodge building offers convenient access to the ski slope, hiking and biking trails. Corner unit location brings in abundant natural light and offers more privacy. A private balcony offers views to the east, with morning sunshine and views across Fanny Hill to aspen forests. Interior living space of 365sf (34 sqm) has a table with chairs, Queen bed plus a Queen pull-out sofa. Bathroom has a shower and tub. Prepare meals in the efficiency kitchen -- two-burner stove, full-size refrigerator/freezer, and microwave oven. Clean up is easy, as this is one of the only Studios with an in-unit Bosch dishwasher. Walk down the hall to the on-site restaurant, The Edge, for a special night out. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage.  No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.   There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. Our front desk staff is here for you during your stay. Snowmass Village Our complimentary Timberline Shuttles are available for guests for pick-ups and drop-off from any Snowmass Village location. ASPEN AIRPORT: For airport arrivals, guests can contact Timberline’s courtesy shuttle by calling the front desk, or via the information booth that is located at the Aspen Airport. Our time of arrival is 15-20 minutes. For departure guests will need to book a departure shuttle 24 hrs in advance at the front desk. Tip: To assure efficient service please email us with guests’ flight information. TREEHOUSE OR SKI SCHOOL: We offer complimentary pick-ups and drop-offs for guests participating in beginner ski programs. GROCERIES: A grocery store is located near the Timberline in Snowmass Village, CO. We offer transportation and assistance for our guests. ASPEN: Complimentary ski buses are scheduled for Aspen every 30 minutes from 6:15 AM to 2:15 AM, bus stop located 300 yds. from Timberline. Snowmass Village Shuttle free rides in the town. Roaring Fork Transportation Authority buses to the down valley and free buses to Aspen. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
