The Front, the Center, and the Back. (See Floor Plan) (A) FRONT: A lounge area with nice decor. (B) CENTER: A space with preset tables and chairs that groups can use for meetings, discussions, or gatherings. You can move the items around to fit your needs. Off to the side is a meal prep area. The restroom is located near the middle section of the space. (C) BACK: A large open space. (Note: This area will be mostly empty.) The space is found inside a gated light commercial/ retail building with street-level access. The building’s interior features newly painted pixel white interior walls, coal ash grey high ceilings, white commercial vinyl floor tiles, 3 large skylights, plenty of electrical outlets, and blackout/sound-absorbing privacy curtains. A tasteful mix of modern and professional furnishings. Note: The space is not a loft but an unused retail space because of the limited classification types. CAPACITY: - Max guests allowed: 16 people (See Airbnb’s Party and Events Policy) - Please let me know what the space will be used for and how many individuals will be entering the space. PLEASE NOTE: This space cannot be rented overnight. This is not a stay-over or overnight use facility. This is for DAY USE ONLY. Space can be booked from 9am - 10pm. All bookings must end by 10PM. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT DETAILS: Check-in time: anytime after 9AM. Check-out time: 10PM SAME DAY (NOT 12AM) Your booking is available until 10PM on the same-day as check-in day. (Please ignore Airbnb’s suggested 12AM checkout time.) After hours charges are $100/hr starting at 10PM and the space must be completely emptied at 12AM. Please start to wrap up around 9PM to give your group enough time to restore the space before check-out. Important Note to help clarify: The Airbnb platform does not yet have the technological features for same-day checkouts. The Airbnb’s calendar function suggests 12AM as the earliest checkout time same-day and so that automatically selects or triggers the next day as ‘checkout day’. This is the reason why it selects the next day after your checkin as your checkout day. To be very clear, your checkin and checkout all happens on the checkin date. The bulk of your stay will rest on the check-in date. When you try to book on the calendar, just keep this note in mind when you have to select checkin on one day and checkout on another. Only light drinking as this is not a club or bar but elegant affairs. Smoke-free building and no cooking or oil frying.
