Designed from the ground up to be a resort within the resort, the home provides a truly unique experience within Suncadia. Situated on two lots overlooking Darrow’s Pond and the 5th hole of The Prospector Course home was conceived with the idea that our guests value the idea of being together under one massive roof with incredible amenities. Sited to maximize views and sun exposure the retreat features, a massive 6,000 sf “back yard” patio complete with year round swimming pool, 20 person hot tub, kids splash pad, pool house and 7’ fire pit. With 10 private sleeping areas comprised of 8 guest suites, a bunk room and the pool house we believe we’ve achieved our goal. Whether you are looking for a quite family get away, corporate retreat, family reunion, intimate wedding location, guys / girls weekend or an epic anniversary or birthday bash this retreat was created to shatter your expectations. Guests to the retreat are greeted by a circular drive, towering covered porte corchere and more often than not, friend and family gathered around the homes second fire pit just off the porte corchere. Once inside, an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen and walls of windows and stacking doors create an open airy feel while blurring the transition from inside to the outdoors. Close to The Lodge, Inn, Spa, Winery and other Suncadia resort attractions and amenities. There is ample parking at the home including an underground parking garage. You are able to use the Suncadia Shuttle Service within the resort. We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center and Nelson Dairy Pool die to resort rules which are out of our control. You will not be charged a resort fee when renting Darrows Pond Retreat.
