The kitchen has essentials, including pots, pans, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a broad kitchen island. The dining table can accommodate up to six guests, and on the balcony, there is a bistro table and plush seating area, all of which provide incredible views. The third floor is exclusively dedicated to the primary bedroom, offering a serene escape and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and two vanities. Moreover, this area has two distinct balconies, one of which has a spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop deck. The second and third deluxe bedrooms are decorated with a beautiful ocean theme, featuring a TV and an ensuite bathroom with luxurious walk-in showers. For the children of the group, there's a bonus room with a bunk bed located across from the hall bathroom. We're sure you'll love the surrounding activities and attractions!  Anna Maria Island has a free Trolley Service that travels daily up and down the island between Anna Maria Island and Coquina Beach, from 6AM- 10:30PM, about every 20 minutes.  It is a cool ride on a hot day. About every 2-4 blocks there is a Trolley Stop, most have covered seating while you wait. The garage and boat lift are not available for guest use 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
