Once inside you will be amazed with the view to the east and the possibility of fantastic sunrise's. Queen size bed and a Queen size sleeper sofa(that really is good enough to sleep on). TV located for you to lounge in bed enjoying your show or movie of choice. Stepping out of The Mermaid bedroom, you are looking west and an awe inspiring view of the Gulf of Mexico. Down the short hallway to your left is the powder bathroom which is adjacent to kitchen, living & dining area. Now you are ready to travel to the third floor an see what beauty awaits you. Take the elegant spiral staircase or glass elevator, (decisions-decisions) what ever you decide the trip is worth taking. At the top of the landing turn right and you will see Captiva Island Master Suite, ( third of five bedrooms)with Gulf of Mexico views from balcony or office desk. King size four poster bed, entertainment center, TV with all your relaxing channels for pleasure or business channels for the Executive that never quite is on Holiday. Wet bar for that late night romantic nightcap to end the perfect day at La Playa Casa Bonita. Master Bathroom with frameless glass shower that you can enter from two sides. Separate sinks and dressing area with space that you will not know your Spouse or Husband is there. Leaving the comfort & elegance of Captiva Island Master Suite, a short walk past circular stairs & elevator take the door to your right and step out onto the expansive balcony with easterly views for that early morning sunrise and the first cup of coffee or bloody Mary or mimosa to start the day. The two car garage has been transformed in to a unbelievable game room with with ping pong, darts, poker/bumper pool table. You will be amazed at the wooden antique kayak being displayed under the covered sitting area around the pool and spa.
