Our home is ideally located in the South Venice neighborhood and a 3 minute walk to Shamrock Park and the Inland Waterway. It has a 15x30ft HEATED salter water pool for swimming and relaxing. It is also a short drive to several different beaches. The oversized backyard is fully fenced in with 8ft privacy fencing, giving you your own personal space and a safe place for those who are looking for those who might be bringing their well-behaved dog. Private heated pool with a fully private backyard. The house has one of the largest pools in the neighborhood. It is made for swimming, not just dipping like many Florida pools. The home has 3 bedrooms, two renovated and updated bathrooms, kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar, stainless steal appliances. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed and doubles as an office space or reading area for couples or small groups that do not need a 3rd bedroom. The two main bedrooms have DISH TV with new flat screen TVs as well as another flat screen TV in the living room. Free Wifi in the home. You are also provided with a grill and propane in the backyard lanai. Walking or biking distance to Shamrock park for site seeing along the waterway, birding, tennis, a nature center, playground and more. 4 - 5 miles to several different beautiful beaches, each with their own unique qualities. Old Florida style downtown area with specialty shops and restaurants to slow the pace and enjoy, but still 5 minutes to grocery stores, Walmart, etc. Not over developed like much of Florida's coast. The entire house is yours to enjoy. We ask that you treat it as you would your own home so it is in good condition for the next renters to enjoy. We live in New Hampshire, but we are a phone call or a text away. We have several contractors in the area to help out if there are any issues. The South Venice neighborhood is a residential neighborhood. It is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that all guests respect our neighbors. You will need your own vehicle for transportation. There are buses in the area, but we are not familiar enough with them to recommend them to our guests. Because we manage our home from New Hampshire we do not get to see it after every rental. We rely on our cleaners and contractors to keep us up to date on maintenance. If you have any concerns call us right away and we will have it taken care of it ASAP.
