Upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by playful coastal design and the turquoise colors of the Atlantic. The open concept LIVING SPACE has a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, flat screen TV and sliding glass door to the step out balcony. The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all dishes, glass and cookware. The breakfast bar provides seating for 4. The MASTER bedroom has a king bed with a flatscreen TV, stunning ocean views from private step-out balcony and an ensuite bath with a step-in shower. The GUEST bedroom has two twin beds and the guest bath is easily accessible from the hall. For your convenience, an in-suite LAUNDRY center so no laundromats for this vacation! Ocean Pointe is located about 70 miles from Miami and 90 miles from Key West. The resort is ideally located just minutes away from some of the finest Restaurants, Snorkeling & Diving Excursions, and Fishing Adventures in the Florida Keys. You can literally jump on your boat and within 3 minutes be off into the Atlantic Ocean. No need to look any further. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day. A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West. Please treat me home as if it was your own. PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay. MARINA INFORMATION: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
