UPDATE: The house and the surrounding area (Napili) have not been damaged by the wildfires in Lahaina Town that occurred in Aug. 2023. The house is far enough (6.4 miles) from the nearest wildfire. Utilities in Napili are fine. The house is able to accommodate guests now. - Spectacular & close (300 ft) view of the ocean from the upstairs lanai. - Napili Bay (2 min drive away) and Kapalua Bay (3 min drive away) would be perfect for adults and small kids. The nearest and tiny beach (Keonenui Bay) is a 5 min walk away and the road to the beach access has no sidewalk. - 5 min walk to the shopping plaza (Napili Plaza) with a grocery store, restaurants, a coffee shop, and more. - Resort-style large pool and hot tub with jets. - Gated property. - 7 king beds. 14 sleeps (12 sleeps: any age, 2 sleeps: 2 years old or less). - All bedrooms, upstairs kitchen/dining/living area, and downstairs wet bar/game/living area have AC. - NO EVENTS of any kind such as weddings are allowed. - NO GATHERINGS OTHER THAN REGISTERED GUESTS are allowed. - Parking for 6 cars in the driveway. The 4,400 square foot home sits just 300 feet from the ocean and is on a whopping half acre private lot which is gated. It feels more like your own private resort than a home. Enjoy 6 bedrooms including 3 master suites and 5 bathrooms, a large bar, an 8 feet deep and large pool, 2 large living rooms including a game area for all ages, and amazing ocean view. Enjoy Hawaii in luxury and with the upmost privacy. Also, there is another accommodation nearby, which can be additionally rented for more occupancy. Inquire about renting it as well. Upon entering the home on the main level, you'll be taken aback by amazing views of the ocean out the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The living room is an excellent gathering space for large groups with an oversized sectional sofa with sleeper. Watch TV as a family on the 72' flat screen. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil and cooking tool that you'll need. You can also elect to dine on the huge deck overlooking the ocean. There are a large dining table (8) and bar table (4) for 12 for dining while listening to the sound of breaking waves just a few hundred feet away. The master bedroom on the upper level has a private bathroom and allows those sleeping to have a view of the ocean from bed. There is another bedroom with king bed and a bathroom across the hallway on the upper level as well as a loft/nook. Take the stairs down to the lower level where you'll find the large bar, second living room with game area. The bar is stocked with refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Adjacent to the bar is the game area which includes ping pong and foosball. There is a large sectional sofa that sits in front of a 65' flat screen TV. The lower level has 4 bedrooms, the first of which is so large that we put two king beds in it with plenty of room to spare. There is a private bathroom connected to this room. Down the hall there are 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with king bed, and a hallway bathroom. Continue further down the hall to a huge bedroom with king bed and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors out to the pool. There is a private bathroom connected to this bedroom. Please be considerate for the neighbors as this house is in a quiet residential area. Quiet hours are from 7:00 pm to 8:30 am. Pool hours are from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. The pool hours do NOT apply to the upstairs huge lanai of dining/living room and master bedroom with the great ocean and sunset views where everyone will love to spend time. CANCELLATION POLICY: - If the cancellation notice is received at least 90 days prior to the arrival, all payments made less an applicable cancellation fee ($1,995 plus tax) will be refunded. - If the cancellation notice is received less than 90 days prior to the arrival, all payments made is non-refundable except the rule/security deposit * Please refer to the rental agreement on the booking page for more details.
