Our home provides exquisite views of sunsets from multiple vantage points including the spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, guest bedroom, and master suite. The maximum number of people allowed in the house according to the Homeowners Association rules is 12. That number includes adults and children. The house is ideal for families, couples or friends. For elderly or handicapped guests, there is easy access into the home. They just need to walk up 3 steps to the main level. The main level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. This year we placed new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms along with new sinks and faucets. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have new built in cabinets and granite countertops. Our house is ready for your stay. Our kitchen is fully stocked with the pots, pans, plates, glass, silverware, paper towels, a spice rack and napkins. All the bedrooms have sheets, pillows and bed quilts. Our bathrooms have towels, toilet paper and bar soaps. You are allow to park 3 cars inside the gated Las Gaviotas complex at our house. We have Free WiFi at the house. The whole house. 3000 square feet plus the patio areas. You are allowed to park 3 cars inside the complex . One in the garage and 2 cars in the front of the house. As per the Las Gaviotas occupancy rules, our house can have up to 12 people. There are no other houses at Las Gaviotas that can have more people stay at a house than our house. While you are staying at the house we do have an on site property manager that can handle any issues you may encounter in a quick and timely manner. During your stay, always feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Las Gaviotas has its own private beach, an oceanfront 25 meter pool, a soothing 15 person jacuzzi tub, a shuffleboard court, a tennis and pickle ball court, and a volleyball court right down on the beach. All of these places are just a short walk from our house. There is a paved path right down to the sand on the beach. Explore the tidal pools, lie on the sand beach, fish from the jetty, or hit the surf with your friends. Due to the mild climate, the possibilities for relaxation and enjoyment are endless all year round. Many people drive their own cars to Las Gaviotas, however, others have hired a taxi, Uber, Lyft at the Mexican border to get to Las Gaviotas. It is about a 25 miles drive and most is freeway driving if you take the toll road. While you are staying at Las Gaviotas, you can easily hire a local taxi or Uber driver for a very reasonable rate to take you around the Rosarito / Ensenada area including Valle de Guadalupe for wine tasting. Once inside the Las Gaviotas complex, the preferred method of getting around is by walking or riding your bike. We do have bikes at our house that you can use during your stay. Once you book, we will send you an email that will help you plan your trip to our house and the northern Baja area. This email will include a list of things to do in the northern Baja area, a list of renter frequently asked questions and a local restaurant guide. Inside our complex you can enjoy the beach, surfing, swimming, the Las Gaviotas swimming pool, jacuzzi, pickleball court and tennis court. We will provide directions from downtown San Diego Freeway 5 to the front door of the house but you can also navigate easily with a cell phone directions app. A few weeks before your arrival, we will send you an email with check in information. This includes an entry form that you will show to the security guards when you arrive at Las Gaviotas front gate so your cars can enter our gated community. This will allow your 3 cars inside the Las Gaviotas complex. At the house, we have a keyless entry lock at the front door. We will provide you with a 4 digit code to the lock box. After you book also ask us about having a cook come to the house and prepare a meal for your group. Also, if you would like to hire a guide or a driver to the Guadalupe Wine Valley for your group.
