Our home is positioned between smaller homes (no "crowded feeling") that has amazing lake views and includes FREE use of our bikes (saves $ vs. renting). Our beach-themed, very clean two-story lakefront home sleeps 13 in beds and is a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen including a new thick oak table with seating for 12, and a bar area that seats 3 more. We added RO (Reverse Osmosis) water system. You can enjoy a nightly "Movie Night" in the Great Room: includes a huge 65" Smart TV for access to your Netflix, Amazon, etc. The BR on the main level has a king size bed and an adjoining full bath, flat-screen TV and the four upstairs BR's each have cathedral-high ceilings and flat screen TV's. Two BR's also have direct upper deck access with lake views and the second deck is directly off the Family Room/Kitchen and has a large table and chairs that overlooks the beautiful lake and fountains. Under the house we have an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, a gas grill, beach chairs (feel free to take to the beach), boogie boards, beach toys, bikes, fishing rods (the lake is open for fishing) and covered parking for four cars and two golf carts.
