If your adventurous spirit leads you beyond the walls of the The Richmond House, hop in a Lyft/Uber and take the 10 minute ride to the famous 5 points in East Nashville or downtown to the Honky Tonks. You will have access to the whole unit and backyard. Since the property is a duplex, there are a couple of shared outdoor spaces. The front porch and backyard are shared by both units. The driveway is also shared with space for up to 2 cars on the right side for our renters. The other unit is occupied by me, your host! That way you're always guaranteed a cool, respectful neighbor. I live in the unit next door and make it a priority to provide a private, comfortable and relaxing space for my family, and in-turn, for you. I work from home and remotely as well as travel monthly for dance, so I can fully appreciate the importance of comfort, community and accessibility when it comes to travel. If my schedule allows, I look forward to meeting and getting to know each and every one of my guests - that's the best part! My whole extended family and I call Nashville home, so I am more than happy to make recommendations or suggestions only a local would know :) Inglewood is the desirable neighborhood inside of East Nashville with old renovated homes on beautiful large lots. It's the perfect mix of a family-friendly vibe, trendy hipster feel and quiet lightning bug filled southern night on the porch. East Nashville is centrally located for easy access to all popular hot spots. The airport is approx 10-15 minutes away. If have your own car, we are 2 minutes from the main highway, 10 minutes to 5 points of East Nashville, 10 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry, 10-15 minutes (6 miles) to downtown Broadway and a 5 minute walk to the closest bus station. Nashville has an extensive Uber and Lyft community and we recommend using them if you don't have your own car. Other attractions (civil war sites and plantation museums) are within 30 mins of your home away from home.
