Unique and Beautiful vacation home, located on the gigantic Seacrest Beach lagoon pool (12,000sq.ft.!) A less than 5 minute walk to the Seacrest beach (also Seacrest beach provides a free trolley available for your convenience, will pick you up to and from the beach). The house is great for families or a fun adult weekend with friends. Cool Breeze is a beautifully appointed house consisting of two units. The first floor of the unit has a single bedroom and bathroom with a fully stocked kitchen and updated appliances. It is a great space for someone in the family who finds the stairs more difficult. This unit has two entrances, one that allows the family to enter through the garage and one from the side. It opens onto a back porch that is great for barbecue or a relaxing in a shaded oasis. There is direct access to the 12,000 sq ft. Seacrest oasis pool, surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs. The pool has many levels to make sure that each member of your family has the most fun possible. The upstairs unit has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites. The larger master suite has a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk in closet spaced that has been furnished with crib and changing table for our families with young children. This suite opens to a large balcony that overlooks the backyard and pool area. The third bedroom has two queen sized beds and a door that opens to a small front balcony. The kitchen in this unit has updated appliances including a full stove and oven, a large refrigerator, dishwasher and a washer and dryer. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away, but if you prefer to take a tram, the tram stop is only 2 house down the road. After spending the day in the sun you can relax in front of the large flat screen television on reclining chairs upstairs or play a game of air hockey and darts in the newly created game room downstairs. For a little night life, restaurants and some boutique bars are a quick walk down the road. Please when you send an inquiry specify what your preferred home setup would be. Thank you! 30A is a unique beach community. The house is between Rosemary Beach and Alys beach, Seaside is 7 miles west. These three communities are known for their locally owned restaurants, shops and bars. Seacrest has it's own shops and restaurants with plenty of character. Alys beach, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach areas are within walking distance to the house. There is outdoor music and movies frequently playing in the parks in all of the areas on 30A. The beaches are white sand that squeaks under feet as you play or take a long walk walk. The water is a clear blue and warm at least 8 months out of the year. The house is about 30 minutes from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. There are taxi services and rental cars available. To get around 30 A, there are trolley's that run all summer.
