There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. You must walk through this bedroom to enter into the 2nd kitchen and 5th bedroom area. The 2nd part of the house through bedroom 4 can be closed off to the rest of the house and you may enter through the outside stairs, this makes for a great spot for multiple families on vacation. There is a full kitchen, bedroom 5 with a queen bed and a TV, a living room with a big screen TV. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway. An added bonus is a detached studio apartment with a mini kitchen, queen bed and a private bathroom. This is prefect for the couple who wants to vacation with the entire family but also wants their own private space.
