Located right in the heart of Treasure Island and the Gulf Coast Beaches, everything you need is within a short walk, one to two blocks away. The Supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops and bike and boat rentals are just a block away. The beach entrance to the fabulous white beach is just 2 blocks. The trendy City of St Petersburg with is galleries, markets, night life, bistros and outdoor dining is just a 15 minutes drive. Tampa and the airport is 45 minutes. ************************************************************************* RESERVATION AND REFUND POLICY ************************************************************************* 1. If you are booking more than 90 days in advance a deposit is required. 2. If you are booking under 90 days prior to arrival the full amount is due. 3. Cancellations 91 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. 4. Cancellations 90 days or less prior to arrival are non refundable. 5. A damage or security deposit is required. If you provide us with a valid credit card to cover possible loss or damage - we will not charge anything - unless there is loss or damage to the property. If you do NOT provide us with a valid credit card a REFUNDABLE security deposit of $300.00 is required and is refunded to you 2 weeks after departure. 6. We realize that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes affect ones travel plans. That neither you nor we may suffer a loss on such occasion we urge guests to take travel insurance to protect your investment. 7. Your Lease Confirmation will have some suggested providers of Travel Insurance. 8. Guests that do not purchase travel insurance are assuming the personal risk of loss in the event that they cannot travel. During the Period Beginning from one week prior to Christmas to the third week in April there is a 7 night minimum booking requirement. All bookings in this period are from Saturday to Saturday.
