Guests will be emailed an entry code so they can check in direct. This means there is no need for you to collect keys from an office. You can start your vacation straight away. This home has a keyless entry system. No keys will be given. The code for the keypad will be provided in the check-in details. STARTER SUPPLIES : This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We do provide the first roll of toilet paper, small hand soap for each bathroom, 1 x dish washing capsule, 1 x trash bag. FOOD : As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check in. POOL HEATER: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather. This is not a equipment fault. SPA: This property has a spa and the guest will need to purchase pool heat to warm the spa. Please note this is a spa and not a hot tub. A spa has fewer jets and warm water. A hot tub has plenty of water jets, whirlpool action and very hot water. BBQ: No BBQ grill is provided at this home. However we can order a 2 ring or 4 ring gas BBQ from an external supplier. The gas BBQ comes with a full tank of propane gas. The fee for a 2 ring is $75 and $95 for a 4 ring. BOOKING FORM: All guests must complete a booking form and agree to AirBnB terms and conditions. This will request guest names and ask for personal details. This is to allow for the check in details to be emailed, along with useful local information.
