The fully furnished living room has a brand new flat screen TV and board games for entertainment. The kitchen has brand new stainless appliances and everything you might need to cook a meal. There is also a BBQ grill for use! And of course, there's central AC to keep you cool all day long! I respect your privacy, but am available via text, phone, and email. Over the bridge to Phil Foster and MacArthur Parks, Singer And Peanut Islands and Palm Beach Shores. This home is close to everything –beaches, parks, marinas, shopping, restaurants, bars and more. There is a Publix grocery store only a half mile to the south, Lake Park Marina 1/2 block to the north (boat parking available at the home as well if you have a boat to bring!) and the beautiful sandy Riviera Beaches are just over the bridge. Guest have plenty of parking at house with two car garage. Guest can get around to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. within walking distance and/or a few minutes via via Uber or Lift The washer and dryer is in the garage. The washer is in a small room in the garage. Parking space for boat if guests have a boat to bring. Please coordinate with me first. Towels (including beach towels) if lost or damaged will be billed at $15.00 each. Pets - Assessed on case-by-case basis. Non-refundable pet fee.
