There is a full kitchen upstairs and another kitchenette in the studio that has an under-counter refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate and coffee pot. The home has all king beds plus a pull out queen sofa in the studio downstairs. This is the perfect place for ocean sports, or just sitting back with a good book & a glass of wine. Don't be surprised if you see giant sea turtles swim up to say hello. You can let the rest of the world melt away in this little piece of heaven. Lanikai is a highly sought after subdivision of Kailua. Famous for it's calm, tranquil water, Lanikai beach is great for playing in the ocean and not having to worry about waves or rough water. Right below the house is a perfect little white sand beach accessed only by the 5 homes on the property and by boat. Popular ocean activities are windsurfing, kite boarding, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling. Just a short drive away in Kailua there are many shops, boutiques, day spas, and art galleries, along with plenty of great restaurants.
