The parking fee is $50.00 and will be charged to the reservation prior to arrival. The parking passes can be picked up at 4:00 pm in the unit on the day of arrival. If the vehicles are not registered and displaying the Palms parking passes, the vehicles are subject to booting or towing at the Owners of the vehicle cost. Parking is first come first served and there is no assigned parking. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
