'Seas the Moment!' is the perfect place for large family/friend gatherings, wedding parties, ministry retreats or a ladies getaway because of it's unique open floor plan on the first level and with additional space in the Private Carriage House! My home is in prime location just steps from the amazing Lagoon Pool and a short walk to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. Take the Seacrest Beach Tram Service to/from the beach or walk down the private beach access. Main House has 1st floor Master King Suite and 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor, 3 1/2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, laundry room and wrap around covered porches with luxury seating. Private Carriage House has separate entrance, Queen Bedroom Suite, full bathroom, full eat-in kitchen, living room with Queen pull-out sofa and private balcony. You will have access to the Main House and to the Private Carriage House. Plenty of parking in my driveway or off street. Outdoor shower station is shared between Main and Carriage House I am the Homeowner and the Property Manager so you will be in direct contact with me. You will have my personal cell phone number and can call or text me 24/7. I will address all of your needs. My goal is to make your stay at my home so amazing that you will come back year after year! Seacrest Beach is located between Rosemary and Alys Beach and everything that you want to do is within walking distance or a short bike ride. Shop, dine, visit the outdoor Farmer's Market and enjoy entertainment in horseshoe shaped area of Seacrest Beach called The Village, located just a couple minutes away from my home. The Lagoon Pool is the main feature in this safe, sidewalk community. Walking trails around the neighborhood are great for family strolls. Enjoy the 4 newly developed parks with your friends and family! Closest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) and is about 30 minutes from my home. Plenty of parking either in the driveway or in any of the gravel areas off street. Most guests rent bikes from Peddlers 30A to get around or they take family walks. A small Amenity Fee will be calculated and charged after booking is complete. Amenity Fee covers wristbands and parking passes. Wristbands are required by guest 11 years of age and older to use the Lagoon Pool, the Seacrest Beach Tram and the private beach easement. Fee is calculated at $2.50/person/dat. No student groups and must be 30 years of age to book.
