Updated in 2020 this Townhouse Condo has 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath; Sleeps 6. Master suite with king size bed, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, with enclosed lanai upstairs with view of lagoon. Sliding doors open to the lanai to a screened-in area where you can enjoy the breeze and fresh beach air. Guest bedroom has twin beds, bathroom with tub/shower. Wall mounted flat screen TVs and DVD players in each room. With PRIOR REQUEST Pack n’ Play, Highchair/booster seat and toddler blow up mattress are available. Stairway has rails on each side of the steps for additional safety. Combination living room and dining room has a large flat screen TV and DVD player with movies, games and playing cards. Living room has comfortable queen size sofa bed and a swivel rocker/recliner and a glider recliners. You can soak in the beautiful Florida sunshine and relaxing sea breeze from the enclosed lanai. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we could think you would need and has a beautiful breakfast room. There is dinner seating for 16. "Sand In My Shoes" only a short minute stroll will take you to the white sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean to enjoy a walk on the beach, where you can collect sea shells or enjoy a dip in the beautiful water. DUE TO COVID-19 there are some temporary changes that I wanted to let you know about. At this time I am unable to allow early entry check-in or late check-out. We strive for at least 24 hours between guest arrivals. I am asking you to strip all bed sheet and towels and put them in laundry basket. I'm using approved products and while we always receive high marks for how clean the condo is, we continue our high cleaning standards and follow the CDC guidelines. All extra pillows, blankets, decorative pillows, etc. are being eliminated during this period. This will not decrease your enjoyment in any way. I hope you understand that we are taking these extra safety and cleaning methods and procedures for your safety. We are following all CDC, State of Florida and St. Johns County. We offer a keyless coded entry system. The code will be sent before your arrival and you can change the code to numbers everyone in your group can remember. Guests will have access to all the amenities that the condo has to offer...main swimming pool, hot tubs, fitness room, sauna/steam room, shuffleboard, basketball, lighted tennis courts, racquetball and play ground. You can fish, surf, golf, rent boats and rent bicycles from local vendors. At "Sand in my Shoes" you will have the place to yourself. Just give me a call should you need something. The condo is located in one of the best addresses on the beach where you can walk down one of the two boardwalks to the beach or stop and sit a bit under one of the gazebos and just enjoy watching the ocean waves and the Florida breeze. It is a gated community with 24 hour security for your safety. You’ll need a car to get to downtown. Once downtown there is a wonderful parking garage (with a fee) and street parking (with meters). For your convenience we have a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, lagoon view, with free secured WIFI. Discounts are given for weekly and monthly stays. Discounts are not available for monthly stays during the summer.
