We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. Our 1 bedroom apartment w/ 1 queen bed, futon and queen air mattress has everything you need to enjoy your stay in a prime location! The kitchen is stocked with basic items for simple meals, granite countertops, Keurig style coffee maker to enjoy coffee in the morning, plank flooring & washer/dryer. Check out Plaza Midwood from the spacious balcony. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise. Stay and join the fun in the colorful neighborhood of Plaza Midwood! It's the perfect location to explore. Public transit is easy given the popular location. Uber is very active here, major bus routes pass the building, on-demand rental bikes are available just a few blocks away. One parking pass provided for an unreserved spot in an open lot. Parking is first come, first served. This apt is located on the third floor & there is no elevator. We have a strict 11am checkout.
