The master bedroom and guest suites are on opposite ends of the home for maximum privacy. There are two living areas, each with a sleeper sofa for your comfort. You will find two spacious eating areas, so take your choice! Open the sliding glass doors to your own private resort. You'll find table and chairs for eating or playing games, and a conversation area to enjoy family and friends, or just to lounge around, sit back and relax. How about a little ping-pong, okay, there is a brand new table. You can always take a dip or a swim in the newly completed heated pool. Now move into the bubbling spa for complete relaxation. You might then be ready to use the dock as a fishing pier, or if you brought a boat you can tie' down (lift not available to use nor is the garage) . Beach chairs, umbrella's a beach cart and more are provided for your enjoyment. Find this in the garage. The island tram stops along Estero for transportation up and down the beach. A car is always helpful, but not necessary for longer trips. This mid-island location is ideal for a short trip. Head north to the excitement of dining, entertainment and shopping in Times Square. Head south to Lovers Key State Park and other shops, restaurants and island features.
