Absolutely no animals Vacation in this single family 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house which has a comfortable floor plan and sleeps 8 (3 kings & 1 queen sleeper sofa). This home is best suited for 6 adults maximum. If you are booking for more than 6 adults please contact me prior to booking, so that I can work with you to make sure that this property is a good fit for your group. All bedrooms are conveniently located on the same level, each bedroom has an on suite, flat screen TV, cable and private balcony. It is equipped with WiFi internet access, a well appointed kitchen with a picnic table on it's balcony, a propane grill is conveniently located on the same level as the kitchen/den. In all, there are 7 balconies to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and even a Crow's Nest on the 3rd level. The house is approximately 1 block from the beach walkover where you will find a private sugar white sand beach. Enjoy the sun, surf and wildlife there or cool off at one of the three community pools (one of the three pools is heated and it is conveniently located only one house away) or use the Kiva Beach Club (open seasonally); which is Kiva Dunes' private, membership only pool. With this house rental you will have full access to this exclusive club which offers food and beverage service delivered poolside or on the beach (there's and app for that!) and an easy access boardwalk to the beach. Towel service is free, beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent, fee based yoga classes and massages are also available. Kiva Dunes offers a world class golf course which is ranked # 1 in Alabama! The neighborhood is a quaint gated community where you may see bunnies hop through the yards at dawn and dusk. It is perfect for walking, jogging & bike riding and it is the ideal location for a quiet family vacation spot, golf weekend or a girl's getaway. On the property you will find a restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts and a shuttle service for door to door delivery anywhere on the resort (available during peak seasons). Explore the historic Fort Morgan which is only eight miles away, hike and fish the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, enjoy water sports or take a chartered fishing trip.
