Our home is comfortable just to chill, seating areas for everyone including outdoor lounge area and huge yard. Private gated driveway holds 5+ cars & has street parking. LOCATION! You're right by restaurants and nightlife in Lakewood, Greenville Avenue (1 mile), and only a few miles from North Park Mall, and Knox/Henderson. The Dallas Arts' District is only 3 exits South on I-75 from Mockingbird. It's one of the largest in the country! Including: The Dallas Aquarium, Perot Natural Science Museum, The Myerson Symphony Center, Winspear Opera House, House of Blues, South Side Ballroom, Dallas City Performance Hall, Majestic Theatre, and much more in the surrounding areas of Uptown, Downtown, Deep Ellum, and Trinity Groves. No loud parties! Families and small get togethers welcome! Our home is modern yet comfy hardwoods run throughout and home is filled with modern yet rustic furnishings including: stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, modern cabinetry and plush comfy touches throughout. TV in living room is a 60" 4K curve smart TV. We also have a private garage that's set up for hanging out and playing cornhole. The home sleeps 12 comfortably in proper beds. We have one luxury cashmere Stearns & Foster Ultra plush King mattress in the master, a queen in one of the upstairs guest rooms, two double beds in the downstairs guest bedroom and then 3 full beds in the form of bunkbeds with a pull out trundle in the fourth bedroom. We also have a sofa bed and one large air mattress that in total will sleep 4 more. We provide a pack and play as well for little ones, found in the upstairs master closet. Please let us know in advance if you'd like for us to leave the air mattress out. You have access to everything in our home, PLEASE take advantage of all areas in our home including: super comfy beds, posh furnishings, free organic toiletries, free coffee & tea service, and great lawn games we've provided (cornhole, ring toss & croquet) as well as indoor board games: located on the bookshelf in the kitchen. Our interaction with guests will be completely digital as our home is a Vivint smart home. Guests will receive a unique code before checkin and will then use that code to access the home upon entry and their entire stay. What can I not say about our neighborhood? Location location! We are next door to Tietze park (with pool , water slide & $1 admission!), blocks from Greenville Avenue, and neighbors to SMU and incredible nightlife. Please message me with any suggestions you may need or checkout our guide section! We recommend walking, uber or driving. Our driveway has front of house has room for 5-7 cars! Please ONLY park in the super huge driveway or in front of our home, not in front of our sweet neighbor's houses. Very close to the Dallas Arboretum, KBH convetion center, Tenison Golf Club, Deep Ellum, Fair Park, Uptown, Greenville Avenue, Knox Henderson and much more! Other amenities: Washer & dryer, coffee & tea bar, plenty of towels, organic shampoo, organic conditioner, organic body wash, iron, hairdryers, and much more. -NO PARTIES!!!
