We come and tend to the grounds/ flowers and use the garage as our office but will not interfere in any way with the guests. We are also available at all times living 1 mile away and can be reached easily. Lovely little beach community and considered a little hidden jewel by many who have visited. Beautiful oversized lot with a great green lawn and flowers abloom all summer. People stop all the time to look as well as comment on this sweet home. There is a local bus line that takes you around town and another bus system that goes into Boston. Everything you might need or want to do is within walking distance to this home. Five minute walk to the ocean, four restaurants, a grocery store, post office, nail salon, gift shop and town marina at the end of the street. Beaches are a five minute walk or drive depending on which of the many your may want to go to. Just a great location.
