It is set far away from the highway and busy neighborhoods, and thus it provides safety that many other neighborhoods around us are lacking. *This is the only beach on the entire North Shore than can claim sandy bottom swimming year round* These are the two main reasons that real estate prices are much higher here than in surrounding oceanfront communities such as Pipeline, Sharks Cove, Rocky Point, and nearby Sunset Beach neighborhoods. The house itself offers spectacular unobstructed views from huge decks, along with a grassy yard that flows right into the sandy beachfront. Sunset Paradise is located on the fabled North Shore of Oahu and is just minutes from the town of Haleiwa. It is a short walk to Sunset Beach and Velzyland surf spots. Our beach is a favorite North Shore surfing, kite-surfing, and windsurfing location. There are many great hikes, trails and bike paths very close to the property including Waimea Valley and Waimea Bay. The famous Turtle Bay Resort(golf, tennis, spa, tours, and restaurants) is just a 7 minute drive away. The North Shore of Oahu offers a multitude of fine restaurants, beaches, daily activities, adventures and farm fresh fruit stands. Sunset beach is of course famous for its Sunsets, and is quite possibly the most photogenic beach in all of Hawaii for good reason. No matter what you love about Hawaii, this beach has it all, and we invite you to a vacation that will hopefully top anything you have ever experienced before. The entire house is available for your use. There is an owner's studio on the bottom level of the house(not pictured) which is not rented out or used by the owners during your stay. Our house is located right on Sunset Beach, in the more desirable area, Sunset Point. Sunset Colony is just to the right. The house is gated on a quiet culdesac so there is no through traffic and we are set back far from any roads or highways. The yard flows right into the beach. The bike bath begins 2 blocks away and it runs along all the famous north shore surfing spots including banzai pipeline, waimea bay, sunset beach, shark's cove etc. We also have the best snorkeling on the entire island within walking distance of the house. The well known surf spot "sunsetbreak" is just to the left the house. Many surfers consider that surf break to be one of the top three spots in the world to surf.
