There is a cosy open plan living area with a large modern kitchen providing a superb space for the cook in the family! Up the winding stairs to the second floor to the bedrooms. The master suite is a lovely bright room with a double bed, spacious en-suite bathroom and juliette balcony which fills the room with natural light. The second room includes a bunk perfect for kids and an en-suite shower. OUTSIDE SPACE... There is no private garden area with The Doyden, but with the beach just moments away, what more do you need! Guest access A private holiday home, guests have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note LINEN... Linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels. PARKING... The Doyden has allocated parking for one car within the gated Ocean Blue complex. ACCESS... From the paved parking area, there is a flight of steps down to the communal entrance door. The Doyden is accessed through a communal corridor and up a flight of switchback stairs with a handrail. Once inside there is a spiral staircase with handrail that leads to the upper floor where the bedrooms are situated. Please note: This property has a Juliette balcony on the first floor. Please supervise children at all times when the balcony is in use.  EV CHARGING... It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property.
