The cottage feels very remote being on this private lake, but not far from many premier attractions. We are located just 5 minutes from the town of Iron River, in Bayfield County. Features a private keypad entry, queen-sized bed, bunk beds, kitchen, private deck with stairs & more! The space Inside, you’ll find an open living area with knotty-pine paneling. Featuring a dining area that can be converted into a reading nook overlooking the lake. The kitchen has a Breville countertop oven with convection and air-frying capabilities. The WiFi high-speed Internet is great for being remote, while also staying connected. This is the perfect location for a lengthy stay with a washer and dryer. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds and a trundle bed underneath. The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a new deck, new stairs directly to the lake, and a Solo Stove, perfect for an evening of roasting marshmallows and a glass of wine. The cottage is set back from the road with easy access and ample parking available on a private gravel driveway. Situated near hiking, biking and ATV trails. Guest access Guests can access the entire property. Keyless deadbolt/lock for entry. Cabin is located within direct access to ATV/snowmobile trails and great fishing. Other things to note -Go fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding and bicycling (+ more). -ATV / snowmobile trails nearby - and access to tons of hiking and biking. -Kid friendly -Pet friendly (upon request and approval; host can charge fee for any damages) -Take advantage of the close proximity to the dock, which is a great place to fish for bass, walleye, northern, or even bluegills! (Be sure to check Wisconsin DNR’s website to make sure you have the proper licenses for fishing and for the seasons on the various species of fish.) -The town of Iron River is nearby for groceries, spectacular donuts at the Angie's Bakery, and shopping at the Bunk House. -Propane stove top available for use along with a Breville countertop oven. -PLEASE be respectful when outside, so as to not disturb the neighbors. Some of our neighbors are at their homes seasonally, while others live there daily and deserve peace and quiet also. -ATVs/Snowmobiles are common in Iron River and will be seen on the road.
