Our condo is located in the front section of the "A"Bldg.This condo has a KING bed in the master with a full sized private bathroom, twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There's also another full bathroom . We are located in a 33 acre ocean front resort with 6 pools on the border of Surfside - so we're at the southern end of Myrtle Beach, away from all the big hotels. We also have 24 hour security for our guests. Our resort is a very family oriented resort. All outdoor pools open April 1, 2023 . All Indoor pools and hot tubs open year round. Our resort is the only one of its kind in all of Myrtle Beach -- tons of amenities within the resort. Please note: 2 night minimum stay - The resort is a 33 acre ocean front resort with 6 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, jacuzzis, tennis, lazy river, kiddie water park, indoor workout room, cafe, ocean front bar and grill The Resort has a $20. Parking pass fee. This fee is payable directly to Myrtle Beach Resort Security and is payable at the gate by debit or credit card only. Disclaimer - we are not responsible for any amenities at the Myrtle Beach Resort that are not open or working. We have no control over when pools and equipment will be routinely maintained. There are no refunds because of amenities not being open. We are always available for questions or issues about our properties The resort is a 33 acre ocean front resort with 24 hour security The resort has an age restriction-at lease one guest MUST BE 23. You will be denied access and will forfeit all monies paid if you do not have at least one 23 year old in your party. The cleaning fee also includes all your bed linens and bath linens. Please leave the condo as you found it - our cleaning service is only required to do a maintenance cleaning and replace the linens for our next guests. We expect our guests to be respectful of our property. We provide a lot of extras for our guests at no charge and can only continue to do that if our guests keep our property pristine. No smoking in the condo --- smoking in condo A116 will result in a fee to the renter of $300. for special cleaning needed to rid condo of smoke. You will not be responsbile for payment of any damages provided the following provisions are met. Our properties are non smoking - but we do allow smoking on the decks. We have a departure check list for our guests. It will be emailed to you upon booking with us and it is posted in the condo as well. Upon departing the condo, Our house rules are: 1. All trash is to be removed from the condo and put in trash receptacles located by the elevators. 2. All dishes are to be left clean - dishwasher must be emptied. 3. Sinks are to be clean of all debris. 4. Refrigerator is to be emptied 5. Please remove all food from the cabinets. 6. All used linens are to be left on bathroom floor in a neat pile. 7. Mattress pads are to be clean. If any guest has an accident on them, it is your responsibility to wash them or replace them. These protect our mattresses for all our guests. 8. Blankets used should be folded and placed back in the closet. 9. Please remember to take all your personal items - we assume no responsibility to return them to you. 10. Please do not rearrange the furniture -- leave in original position - if anything is moved, please return it . 11. Any stained linens will incur a replacement charge. 12. Any broken items will incur a replacement charge. 13. If our cleaning service charges us an extra fee because of the condition the condo was left in, that fee will be charged to the guest. CANCELLATION – is per terms listed in airbnb agreement. TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to (URL HIDDEN) for details and to purchase. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to (URL HIDDEN) for details and to purchase. Please make sure it covers evacuations due to weather. MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: Linens not provided for monthly renters. Arrangements can be made with our cleaning service to provide linens – fee will be determined by amount of linens required. $75.00 limit on heating (bills over $75.00 will be taken out of security – copy of bills will be provided.) Must be paid in full 60 days prior to check-in. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Up to six (6) guests. One guest must be at least 23 years old or accompanied by parent. Occupancy by more than stated number of guests in rental agreement is prohibited and will result in eviction without refund. MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. INCLUSIVE FEES – Weekly Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Please bring beach towels and beach blankets, please do not take our linens to the beach or your security will be forfeited. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and six bath towels are supplied in the condo, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the condo. If you think you will need extra towels please bring them from home. Coin washer and dryer on each floor. Do not use our towels to remove makeup, stained towels will come out of your security. BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLAS Please feel free bring your beach chairs/umbrellas with you, or you can rent them from lifeguards during the prime season. Please leave all beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys on outside deck or in your car to prevent excess sand in the condo. Thank you FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. This includes having more people in condo than listed on rental agreement PARKING – Parking passes are provided at the guard gate. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING – Please conserve energy and turn up the A/C if you are going to be gone for the entire day and close blinds. If you turn the A/C too low and the compressor freezes you will have no A/C until the A/C is turned off and the compressor defrosts. If a service call is need for this you will be charged for the call. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests, please make sure you take your valuables with you. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
