The space The space: The house has a bright living-dining room with large windows, which give access to a fabulous terrace where you can enjoy everything from great breakfasts in the sun to pleasant dinners on warm nights. This apartment consists of three bedrooms with plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large bohemian-style wardrobe, matching the headboard. In addition, it has two other bedrooms with a single bed, with an extra bed in one of them and a desk. It has a full bathroom with a shower and a separate and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in one of the best shopping areas in downtown Santander, surrounded by a lot of shops and offices. A few meters from Calle Arrabal and Calle de En Medio, full of small bars where you can snack, 5 minutes from the Mercado del Este, ideal for having pinchos and at the same distance from the Botín center where you can enjoy exhibitions and outdoor cinema throughout the summer. Right there, there is an electric bicycle rental point to tour the bike path that surrounds the city, along with several bus stops to move comfortably around the different points of the city. In addition, it is located in an enclave with excellent communications, just 10 minutes from the train and bus station. Other things to note Parties are not allowed in the house and it is important to keep noise levels down, especially during rest hours, as other people live in the building. It is important to respect the tranquility of the environment for a good coexistence.
