In the morning the sun shines on the lanai and there is a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and the gorgeous beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the lanai and a fabulous view of the Gulf. The living room/dining room area is completely open with access to the lanai where you can enjoy your dinner and a beautiful sunset without leaving your home. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 55" K4 flat screen TV. There is also a 46"flat screen televisions in the Master and 36"TV in the Twin bedroom. For your convenience we have Wifi access available. New walk in shower bathrooms with plush towels and accessories. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Walk directly onto the beach from the pool area. Enjoy the fully equipped fitness center or tennis courts. We have beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and beach towels and toys in the unit and if you need a bed for your baby, we can provide it as well. Our unit is turnkey furnished and designer decorated. You have direct Access to the Beach, The Swimming Pool, the Fitness Center and Tennis courts. We are living on the Island and are 24/7 available to assist you with any needs. We will personally welcome you and we will assist you when checking out. Check in is between 3PM and 5PM ,If wanted, I will meet my guests. If you come later, pick up the key at my property on Marco ( Lockbox) I will meet you the next day .. For your grocery shopping needs, we have Publix and Winn-Dixie on the island. Upon your arrival we need to collect Collier County Tourism Tax, required by our county law, per check or cash. The 5% tourism tax is calculated on the Rent payment inclusive the cleaning. South Seas management and parking pass fee upon registration $ 50. can be paid per credit card. Please follow check out procedure which is described in hallway. Bring trash out, leave dirty linen and towels in laundry basket.Run the dishwasher.
