We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe. The Space: STAYING LONG TERM? Contact us for up to 25% off your stay! We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. Our modern 1-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed, a couch, and an air mattress. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The Neighborhood: If you’re looking for entertainment, your suite couldn’t be in a better location. Nearby attractions include the St. Anthony Main Theatre, the Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum, and the TCF Bank Stadium. There are also endless options for restaurants and bars. Your suite is also located just blocks from the Mississippi River. There are popular parks nearby, including Father Hennepin Bluff Park and Boom Island Park. Getting Around: You’ll never be far from where you need to be. The compact city’s transit system with light rail and buses run regularly and can take you through the city. If being outdoors is more your style, the nonprofit Nice Ride, offers rentals as well. Due to the popular destination, Uber and Lyft are easily accessible. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout.
