There are water views from each room and from the patios you will see dolphins and Manatees passing by. There is a boat dock for your boat mooring with a nearby boat ramp for easy access to fishing in the Gulf or boating down the inland waterway. Longboat Village has several popular waterfront restaurants and a shopping center with kaayak rentals a breakfast cafe and a gym. Tgere isxa 14 mile paved bike and walking path down the island and the most beautiful white gulf beach is a 8 minute walk from home. Our entire fenced waterfront property and dock is for your enjoyment as we are part of private two home waterfront subdivision named Savarese Inlet. We are located behind the security and privacy gates of the private community of Lands End and do not have access to their pool or tennis courts and only the access road for access to our home. Our property is separate and distinct from the Lands End community as we are fenced and only enjoy there secure entrance gate. Rent Bicycles (Bike rental shop Less then 1 mile) and ride on 14 miles of well maintained bike paths on Longboat to South End of Longboat and beyond to Anna Maria and Even to Downtown Sarasota, or(bike, walk, drive or rent a golf cart and go to the North over Longboat Bridge to more Public Beaches with snack bars and changing rooms and showers. Continue on to Bradenton Beach and Bridge Street or Continue on to An na Maria with more shops and Restaurants and Beaches. You can also pay for a membership at the Cedars Tennis resort if you would like to play tennis and or take lessons, and they have a pool as well. The home has covered parking and uncovered for your cars. Walk through the historic Longbeach Village neighborhood, which hugs Sarasota Bayfront and Longboat Pass and leads to several popular restaurants and a shopping center . It is just an 8 minute walk to the magnificient white sand Gulffront beach. Therexare several motorboat ,kayak and paddleboard rental locales keep a boat at our private dock or bring your own . Bike rentals are available less than a mile South down Gulf of Mexico Drive. There is alot of exploration that can keepbyou amused be without a car.
