Welcome to your Myrtle Beach home away from home. We also have two 5 BR 3 BA houses across from this one so if you have a large crowd and need more houses these are a stone's throw apart. Recommended "Linen Package" available for $100, which includes all bed linens, beach towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels (otherwise please bring your own). Golf cart available upon request: HIGHLY recommended as this is the preferred way to commute around Ocean Lakes (pricing varies). Baby items available upon request (high chair and port-a-crib). You'll have the whole house to yourself! I personally live only 30 minutes from the house so I can be there for anything you may need. Located in a privately owned community, the house is only 100 steps to the beach where lifeguards are available for safety and to rent chairs and umbrella. There is also an indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, water park, lazy river, and 2 oceanfront playgrounds on site as well as many other amenities.The house is located just 10 minutes from the heart of Myrtle Beach and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. With the community's 24-hour security, you can feel comfortable letting the children go. There is miniature golf, indoor/outdoor pools, water park and lazy river, volleyball, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard, biking, golf cart rental, bingo, church services, fishing, recreation center with ping pong tables, snack bar, playgrounds, organized activities for all ages, plus much more! Located close to all Myrtle Beach attractions such as golfing(over 100 courses!),amusement parks, shows, outlet malls, museums, etc. Most people rent golf carts within our community to get around to all of the amenities. They can be pricey if rented on site but you're welcome to rent ours. Prices differ depending on the season. We also have taxis and other forms of transportation in the beach area. Our community restricts cars from driving within our area with a guard and guard gate on duty at all times. This not only protects every guest paying to stay but also restricts the number of cars in the area. They do charge a parking fee to all guests staying in our area of $10 per car per night if purchased ahead of time, $12 if purchased on site. Three cars can park at our house and there's an overflow parking area within our community as well. Dogs are permitted with a $79 pet fee.
