Island Logistics: To reach the island, a ferry is required and can be reserved after your booking is completed. Boat dockage is available for rent on the island for an additional fee, and private boat rides to the house can be arranged. Please note that overnight docking is not permitted at the property. You can pre-order groceries, which will be packed for the boat at the local supermarket or for a fee your kitchen can be prestocked for your arrival (details provided after booking). While there is a small convenience store on the island, there are also three restaurants for your dining pleasure. The home is managed by Cowboy Services and a welcome pack will be sent with all the information and contact numbers once booking is complete. They will be there to greet you arrive on island until checkout when they pick up your luggage up at the home. A key code for the home on your arrival. HOW TO GET TO THE ISLAND AND HOUSE There are 2 ferry companies that run from Pine Island to North Captiva every 1.5-2 hours. At the marina, you can leave your vehicle there. The boat crew will load your luggage and groceries (prestocking service available) onto the ferry (5 minute shuttle to ferry if taking Island Club) and you will be on your way for a wonderful 20 minute trip to the island. Upon arrival on island, our conceirge service will greet you, issue golf cart/s and bring you and your luggage to your new beach house. They will be happy to give you a quick tour before taking you to the house if this is your first time on North Captiva. The team will also help you get you and your things to the ferry for departure. Managed by Cowboy Services: Rest easy knowing that Cowboy Services manages this property. They will greet you upon arrival via ferry and escort you to the home. Their full-service team is readily available to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay. Golf Cart Included: During your stay, we provide a lifted golf cart (for licensed drivers only) for your convenience.
