Lovely vacation home with private garden of 1200 m2 located on a beautiful island on the Vinkeveense lakes. The island can be reached on foot. And there is plenty to do! The trampoline, swinging, paddle boarding, canoeing, barbecuing, cycling, sailing between the islands and swimming from the various terraces in the clear water. For the cold months, there is a fireplace, outdoor stove, lovely hot tub and heated outdoor shower. The space Detached wooden vacation home of approximately 55 m2 and private garden of 1200 m2. Cozy recently renovated living room with French doors to the terrace. A cozy fireplace. Open kitchen with adjoining utility room with dishwasher. Two bedrooms, both with a built-in closet. The master bedroom has a double bed, extra sink, baby cot and French doors to the terrace. The small bedroom has a very sturdy bunk bed. The compact bathroom has a shower room which can be closed with a sliding door. There is also a small sink and toilet. There are two air conditioners in the house. These also work as the heating. Of course there is WiFi and television available! Furthermore, the house is completely surrounded by the beautiful private garden, and in front and at the back of the house you will find the wonderful water of Vinkeveense lakes. There are three swimming stairs, so you can jump into the water in three different places. In the garden, you will also find the heated outdoor shower and the wood-fired hot tub. All direct access to the water is closed. This makes it safe for children and dogs. After 10 p.m., you must be quiet on the island. Amsterdam and Utrecht can both be reached within half an hour. Other things to note From the road, it is about a 200-meter walk to the cottage. You must walk over a wooden bridge to do this. For people with difficulty walking, this can be difficult. The motorboat is included in the rental price. There are also 4 bicycles, 2 SUPs, a kayak, heated outdoor shower and a wood-burning hot tub! Please note; it is a fairly large hot tub, it takes 2 to 3 hours for the tub to reach the right temperature. This depends, among other things, on the outside temperature. Heating works through the air conditioning. Upon arrival, there are made beds. And there is a towel package available per person. This includes 2 towels. Furthermore, you are responsible for this yourself. There is a washer-dryer combination available. In the master bedroom there is a baby crib. You may of course use this. You must bring your own bedding for this. Paid (€5 per day) parking nearby. In the entire area (on the road), you can park for free for 2 hours with a parking disc. In winter, you can park for free along the road from October 1 to April 1. After 10 p.m., you must be quiet on the island.
