Condo is a large, fully equipped 2Br/2Ba unit that sleeps 8! This first floor condo is located on West Beach, directly across from its own private beach! This vacation condo has some recent updates including new kitchen counters & backsplash (Oct 2016)! The private balcony has a view of the beach. Fully equipped kitchen has all appliances and an ice maker in the refrigerator. Condo has 3 CableTVs (ALL FLAT SCREEN), VCR & 2 DVDs. Sea Oats H102 also has a full size washer & dryer. Parking is on-site under the building in an assigned spot; $22.00/veh Complex has dock for fishing and boating and BBQ grilling areas. Available 24/7. Emergencies only after 5pm. Car Recommended Reservation includes 1 perking permit. A second one can be added for $22. If booking after 5pm CST, please inquire first. Booking cannot be confirmed until 10 am the following day.
