With 2 floors, 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, there's room for everyone (including the pets!) Everyone, from 2 to 92 will find something to love about this home and the great city of Asheville. There's never a shortage of activities to please every adventure level, from thrill-seeker to antiquer. Located beside the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and just 10 minutes from Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate, you’ll find you are never too far from adventure and excitement. There’s easy access to I-40, I-240, and I-26, so getting around town is super convenient. While you're in town, be sure to find a quiet trail to hike, an apple orchard to explore, a museum to visit or a pub to enjoy. Asheville has plenty of all of them! Our favorite "must-sees" are the bustling downtown streets of nearby Henderson, the Asheville Botanical Gardens, Chimney Rock State Park and the beautiful sights of the serene Lake Lure. Near to our home you will find eats for every taste. Be sure to stop by Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack, Piazza, or Nachos and Beer, all close to our quiet residential neighborhood. For home cooking and other supplies, an Ingles grocery store, a gas station and other amenities are just around the corner. We provide guests with the code to the keypad on the front door to have easy access to come and go at your leisure. The guests have access to the whole house with the exception of some closets that are locked with owner storage. We are available to answer questions about the area or offer suggestions on how to spend your time in Asheville. Feel free to reach out via email or text message as well. The home is located in a residential neighborhood within a few minutes of downtown Asheville. There is easy access to Interstate 40 or 240 as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. Uber is available at the house. Generally, you can call an Uber for under $10 during non-surge times. There is enough space for 3 cars on premises. Street parking is strictly prohibited (reword). Additional parking is available at several parking garages around town, which we would love to help you reserve.
