There are tons of interesting "mom and pop" stores as well as your classics like Subway and Starbucks. Liquor stores and grocery stores are also right around the corner. From the apartment, you can practically see and do everything on foot. But if you want to venture out further, you will be able to walk to Le Metro Sherbrooke in less than 5 minutes. Taking the subway (or as the locals call it "metro") is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets! Those who prefer driving will find Taxis and Uber are easily found in Montreal. Parking, however, is tricky everywhere in the city and even though there is free street parking available, if you are driving in, we recommend using the parking lot located next to the apartment (5-minutes walk). Since you can take the subway, taxi or walk everywhere, there is no need for your car unless it is really cold outside... You will receive an SMS once your reservation is confirmed by Airbnb. It will ask you to provide your email, phone number, and a copy of an ID on our secure platform. You must be at least 25 years of age to book this apartment. Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent or legal guardian's consent in writing. No 3rd party reservation will be accepted.
