HomeStyle Agora' is located in Villasimius, 2.5 km from Campulongo beach and 2.5 km from porto Luna beach. The center of Villasimius can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Shops and various restaurants are nearby, and there is a weekly market on Saturdays. The space The holiday home consists of three (3) units including two double bedrooms, living room/kitchen and a bathroom for a total of N°4 beds, fully furnished and equipped with various accessories. A Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and 2 flat screen TVs. Bed linen and towels are free once a week. Changing bed linen and towels is 30€ per week. Guest access 1. The deposit for damages is €300.00. The renter must pay this in cash before handing over the keys. The deposit will be returned on departure, provided there is no damage or theft. Other things to note The tenant is obliged to report any defects in the apartment or furniture to the landlord or the person commissioned by him within 48 hours of receiving the key.
