This beautiful condo has everything you need for a beach vacation, family get together, or a work trip. It’s close to the nightlife and art scene of downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach is only 1.5 miles away! Guests will have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing gear, and beach toys. At night relax on a temperpedic bed in the master bedroom with a sound machine and standing fan available. The condo is 12 minutes from downtown where the dining, craft beer, and art scene is superb! Guests will have full access to the entire condo The owners are local and are available to assist with planning your vacation needs. They are available by phone and in person. They enjoy meeting their guests should schedules allow. Isla Del Sol is a beautiful island condo community. The unit is on a golf course that is open to the public during the summer. Fishing and sight seeing charters are available near by. Beautiful white sand beaches with emerald green water is just a short walk away. Ft. Desoto is a wonderful way to spend a day and it is only a short 10 minute drive from the condo. Here you can rent bikes and kayaks and explore the fort. There is also a nice picnic area and a snack bar. Within 45 minutes you can access Clearwater Beach and Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota. Tampa International Airport and St. Pete/Clearwater airport are 30 minutes away. There is a designated parking space for the unit. The community is both bicycle and walker friendly. Lyft, Uber, and Taxi services are available. The condo association requires an application be submitted for all guests which needs to be submitted 1 week prior to arrival. At time of booking, please contact owner to provide necessary information so it can be submitted. The parking pass will need to be picked up by the guest at the management office on the first possible business day between the hours of 9-12 and 1-5. The address will be left in the condo. ID and car information will be required at pick up. Cost of parking pass ($100) is included in the price.
