Take a cozy trip to 112 Mi Casa! This one level, 3 bedroom, 1900 sq. ft. home is the perfect spot for a small family or group of friends! Grill out on the front deck or relax in the hot tub and enjoy the sunshine and mountain air! Or, gather around and enjoy your company in the living area next to the wood burning fireplace. 112 Mi Casa has a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up the perfect meal and plenty of seating around the dining room table! The home has fully tiled floors and large, spacious bedrooms. This Property DOES NOT have Air conditioning. *Please note: Hot Tub is currently out of service until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience Ruidoso, Alto and Surrounding areas: Surround yourself with the towering pines of Lincoln County and local wildlife such as Elk, Mule Deer, Wild Horses, Turkey, Birds and more. Whether you are visiting the Land of Enchantment for the slopes of Ski Apache, the thrill of live horse racing at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, or gaming at one of our 3 casinos... this cabin is the perfect rest stop for your New Mexico getaway! Plan your day basking in the stillness of our national forest while hiking, biking or fishing. Grab your clubs and spend the day at one of our multiple golf courses; you will be happy you took a respite from the concrete jungle. As a Country Club property, strict parking rules apply. 1 car per bedroom. No exceptions. No RV'S Cabin includes basic cable or satellite television, coffee pot or K-cup, cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer, towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. We encourage guests be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months. Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 double Check-In: Check in is at 4:00 PM. Early arrival is an option (with an added fee) if housekeeping has completed cleaning from previous guests. Early arrivals MUST be arranged in advance with the office. We strongly encourage you to check into the property before 7:00 PM. We are a small community with limited services available after hours. If you arrive after 7:00 PM and are not satisfied with your accommodations, we will be unable to change your unit until the next day if we have availability. This policy will not apply if the situation is a reasonable emergency, such as burst water pipe, no electricity, no heat in winter, etc. Check-Out: Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out IS available for an additional fee as long as no reservation is scheduled to arrive the same day. Late check-out will be considered, but MUST be arranged in advance with the office the night before departure. Refunds will not be available for departures earlier than reserved departure date. Unapproved late check-out may be subject to late check-out fees, additional night stay charge added or, potential removal of belongings from property after reasonable attempts of been made to notify you of unapproved late check-out. Spa: All guests are cautioned to use the hot tub at their own discretion and safety. Bottles or glass objects are not be permitted at any time in the spa. All children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by an adult while in the hot tub. No pets will be allowed in the hot tub. If hot tub has to be cleaned due to misuse (Alcohol, dirt, debris from careless use, or bodily fluids, etc.) you will be charged an extra cleaning fee which will be determined by the Spa service company. Grilling: Each of our properties do have gas powered BBQ grills and propane is provided. Should you run out, please contact us and we will bring you a bottle, unless it is after 7:00 PM. If you feel you may run out, please contact us ahead of time. We will not reimburse you for any purchased propane. Wi-Fi: While we do offer free Wi-Fi at most of our properties, we cannot guarantee service nor are we responsible for outages, slow internet speeds and/or mother-nature. We are in a small mountain village that experiences high volumes of people trying to access the internet at one time, thunderstorms and lightning strikes that may knock out the internet, outages due to snow storms or wind storms, or just the occasional outage for maintenance. We highly suggest that if you are needing to work while traveling, to please bring along a hot spot or air card to ensure you're able to access work and/or school while on vacation. *Note, please still call our office if you need assistance in finding the username and password for the network. Again, we are not responsible for outages or the Wi-Fi being down or too slow and will not credit your reservation for this. Outages: While utilities such as power, water and gas are included in the price of your stay, we cannot guarantee service nor are we responsible for outages due to snow storms or wind storms, or just the occasional outage for maintenance. We will try our best to inform you if a maintenance outage is scheduled should we be informed. We will not credit your reservation for any outages that may occur beyond our control. Smoking: All of our properties are NON-SMOKING properties. Smoking is prohibited inside the units. Smoking may be permitted on the decks or porches outside. There are times however that city ordinance may not permit smoking even outdoors due to fire danger. Please check with the office to see if such bans are in effect. Outdoor fires: Absolutely NO outdoor fires are allowed on or around the properties, including fire pits, campfires, etc. (Some homes have small, gas powered fire pits on the decks that are available for guest use.) Please contact us with questions prior. Should there be evidence of an outdoor fire after your departure, additional charges will be requested via AirBnB. We are a village in the middle of the forest, please respect this request. Pets: Several properties allow pets. Be sure that the property you are reserving will allow pets. An additional fee will apply per pet per reservation. If you are not sure or have questions please contact us. If any pet residue is found in the property after departure a there could be extra cleaning fees requested. Only pets under fifty pounds (50 lbs) in weight will be permitted in pet friendly homes. Some homes will allow more than one pet, but please contact our office to ensure this is this case. We do have a $50.00 (plus tax) pet fee per pet that will need to be requested via AirBnB. In no event shall pets be permitted outside the unit unless carried or on a leash and under the direct supervision of the owner. If the pet is left in the unit while the guest is away it MUST be sequestered in a kennel. Pets must be properly restrained or sequestered at all times. The owner shall indemnify Property Management Company and hold it harmless against any loss or liability of any kind or character whatsoever arising from or growing out of having any animal in the unit. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up the property after their pets. *Important* IF YOU BRING PETS TO A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOUSE YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE GREATER OF $40 PER NIGHT TIMES THE TOTAL NUMBER OF NIGHTS OF YOUR RESERVATION OR $200 FOR EXTRA CLEANING. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT MANY OF OUR HOMES HAVE DRIVEWAY CAMERAS AND WE ARE INSTALLING THEM ON MORE DRIVEWAYS EVERY DAY. Trash: All trash must be put in secured plastic bags and place into the dumpster facilities. Big tan dumpsters line the streets of Ruidoso and are public use. If you need to know where to find the nearest dumpster to your unit please contact us. If trash is left in the unit you may be charged an extra cleaning fee depending on the amount of trash left behind. Properties in Alto Lakes Country Club utilize the facility at 1221 High Mesa Rd for disposal. Quiet Enjoyment: You are responsible to observe and respect the quiet enjoyment of neighboring property. Loud music, voices, vehicles are not permitted. Complaints against your group may result in loss of your reservation and you may be asked to leave the premises should it persist. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. Conduct of Children: Parents are responsible for the general conduct of their children at all times. Damage to the rental property or personal property at the unit is the responsibility of the parent. Children must respect quite enjoyment of neighbors. Reasons extra charges may be incurred or requested from AirBnB: – Any abuse, damage or theft. – Any indication that a guest has been smoking indoors. – Any indication that a pet was brought without permission or a pet fee was not charged at booking. – Any need for housekeeping beyond what would be considered “normal”. (This includes but is not limited to trash, dishes, bodily fluids, stains on floors or walls, etc.) – Any need for hot tub services beyond “NORMAL” usage. – Moving or re-arranging furniture. -- Over-occupying a home. residential
