There is a gym down the hall and a year round pool and hot tub out the back door. We're in the heart of the Riverwalk, conveniently located to everything you need. Grocery and liquor store just steps away. Restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping and a movie theatre out the front door. There is gold medal fly fishing and a Rec path for biking and walking out the back door. Hiking and mountain biking less than a mile away, 5 miles to Beaver Creek and 15 miles to Vail. Guests at my condo will have access to the entire condo. They will also be permitted to use the pool, hot tub and exercise room located on the property. We have one reserved parking space in a covered garage as well as public parking around the Riverwalk. I will not be at the condo while guests are present, however I will be available for assistance. The Riverwalk in Edwards is just minutes away from world class skiing, mountain biking, hiking and fly fishing. This condo is perfect for outdoors enthusiasts. Guests can walk to a grocery store and liquor store, as well as many restaurants and shops. If you want to get out of Edwards, the ECO Bus will take you from Vail to Eagle throughout the day. You can also call a local cab service or luxury shuttle. Everything in the Vail Valley is close by, including Vail Mountain, less than 15 miles away. You honestly will not need a vehicle. If you do bring a vehicle, you'll enjoy one parking space in a heated garage. Other public parking is available in the front of the building or around the Riverwalk. There's also a paved recreation path (The Eagle Valley Trail) that will take you along the river from Edwards to Avon and all the way to Vail Village (13.5 mi.). Bike, run, walk or skate as far as you choose on this family-friendly adventure. If you follow the path to the east, you'll find a dog park, skate park, sports fields and Recreation Center less than a 5 minute walk away.
